What an activity tracker can—and cannot—tell you
A tracker is useful when you can tell which numbers came from your records and which came from your plan. Quitmark keeps that distinction visible.
Records are what you entered
An event records an occurrence or an amount you submitted. You can also note a difficult Moment in your own words. Quitmark can show those entries back to you and summarize them. It does not observe your day outside the app.
If you did not make a record, Quitmark does not know what happened. A blank day is not automatically a day without the activity, and it is not marked as a success or failure.
Progress marks facts about the plan and the records
Progress includes plan, tracking and goal markers. A marker can tell you that a date you chose has passed or that a recorded total was reached. It does not measure a personal health change or certify that you followed a plan.
An estimate is arithmetic, not an outcome
For eligible plans, Quitmark calculates planned daily amounts and sometimes a next planned time. If you enter prices, it can also show spending you recorded separately from differences and projections calculated from your plan details. The planned figure is not a record of what you did. A money estimate is not proof that you saved that amount.
Quitmark can help you see the information you chose to keep. It cannot decide whether a change is safe or appropriate for you. Read the full product walkthrough for the available plan and record options.
